You will direct delivery staff, optimize routes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to resolve issues while ensuring safe and efficient customer service. The role requires strong computer skills and knowledge of applicable regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma required; 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Two- Four year college degree in Business Management or similar preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily delivery operations and safety of supervisors and staff.
• Manage budgeted labor, fuel, and supplies to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance and accurate electronic logs.
• Coordinate routing, scheduling, and KPI attainment with Sales/Marketing.
