Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Memphis seeks an Operations leader to manage delivery activities, safety, budget, and regulatory compliance. You will lead delivery supervisors and routing staff, ensure adherence to SOPs, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires monitoring KPIs, coordinating with Sales/Marketing, and maintaining routing software. Strong leadership and logistics experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience.
• Two or Four year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or similar preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL and defensive driving program may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work and safety of Delivery supervisors and routing staff.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, routes, and customer service standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA) and accurate logs.
• Manage labor hours, travel, fuel and budget; prepare schedules.
• Oversee asset usage and maintenance for delivery operations.
• Monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction; propose efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain productivity and routing software systems.
