Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Louisville, KY, is seeking an experienced Operations Lead for the Delivery group. This role directs the activities of Delivery supervisors and routing personnel, ensuring safe and efficient customer service while maintaining compliance with regulations.

You will oversee budgets, labor planning, and KPI tracking, coordinate with Sales and Marketing to resolve customer delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement in routing and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily work and safety of Delivery supervisors, routing personnel and other associates.
• Ensure management staff effectively manages day-to-day delivery activities and adherence to SOPs.
• Direct labor hours, travel, fuel and supplies within budget to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee asset selection, purchase and utilization in support of the Delivery department.
