Job summary

Sysco Minnesota, Inc. is seeking an Operations supervisor to oversee delivery activities, route planning, and driver safety. You will supervise delivery staff, coordinate with sales and marketing, and ensure on-time service while managing labor within budget.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), and strong data/reporting skills using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Two or four-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• Must read, comprehend, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of delivery associates, including adherence to procedures and routes.
• Analyzes live and historical data to maintain delivery plans and on-time service.
• Manages labor hours and directs labor to stay within budget.
• Coordinates with Transportation Road Supervisors and Safety Trainer for training and safety.
• Creates and uses ad hoc reports and canned reports to identify improvements.
• Communicates with Sales Management and Marketing Associates to resolve issues.
