Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an Operations supervisor to oversee delivery activities, supervise drivers, and coordinate routing, safety and compliance. You will direct delivery staff, analyze data for optimal plans, and ensure on-time customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, plus 1–3 years of related experience. A 2–4 year degree in Business Management or Supply Chain is preferred; defensive driving certification is required with HazMat preferred.

Qualifications

• Defensive driving certification required; HazMat certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery associates and safety, adhering to SOPs and routes.
• Analyze live/history data to optimize delivery plans and on-time service.
• Manage labor hours and ensure budget targets are met.
• Coordinate schedules, changes to stops, and window times.
• Oversee asset usage and coordinate repairs with relevant departments.
• Review productivity reports and communicate findings to leadership.
• Support training with Safety and Transportation teams; enforce DOT/compliance.
• Create ad hoc reports and utilize Excel for performance insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with Sysco tech platforms.
