Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related delivery/operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises delivery associates' daily work and safety per SOPs.
• Analyzes live and historic data to optimize delivery plans and on-time service.
• Manages labor hours to stay within budget.
• Plans schedules and route changes with stakeholders.
• Coordinates asset usage and repairs for delivery operations.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, DOT, and records.
• Communicates with Sales and Marketing to resolve issues.
• Trains drivers and conducts safety inspections.
