Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a CS&L Delivery Supervisor in Brooklyn Park, MN to lead about 20 delivery drivers and execute branch operations, balancing safety, cost, and service goals. You will partner with internal teams and third-party logistics vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery across the supply chain.

The role requires extensive DOT/FMCSA knowledge, strong leadership, and hands-on operational experience with ERP systems and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a delivery or transportation supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations (HOS, ELD).
• Proven experience in people management and coaching.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• CDL-Class A or B preferred; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational plans including dispatch scheduling and route management.
• Monitor inbound/outbound and warehouse activities; optimize shelf-life and productivity.
• Oversee inventory and SAP-WMS alignment; manage iDoc and stock reconciliation.
• Coach drivers in real time; conduct ride-alongs and enforce standard work.
• Lead safety and compliance programs; monitor CSA scores and audits.
• Manage budget, labor costs, and cost-per-case initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a team of ~20 drivers.
• Collaborate with service providers and internal/external stakeholders.
