Job summary

Sysco Minnesota, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee delivery activities and lead the delivery staff. You will ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain safety and security within the delivery department.

The role includes supervising delivery associates, managing labor hours and budgets, scheduling shifts, and coordinating with Safety and other departments. You will communicate with customers and drive efficiency while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• 2-4 year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily delivery work and safety of Delivery Associates.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulations.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget; prepares schedules.
• Coordinates with Sales/Marketing and Safety departments on issues.
• Visibly supports associate engagement and quality customer service.
