As a CS&L Delivery Supervisor, you will be a front-line leader responsible for the day-to-day tactical execution of branch operations out of our Brooklyn Park, MN location. You will oversee approximately 20 delivery drivers and drive broader CS&L strategies related to both warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring operational excellence in service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, and compliance with all legal requirements and internal policies. Working collaboratively with key internal teams and external partners - including third-party logistics vendors - you will ensure timely solutions and seamless execution across the supply chain.

The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
