Job summary

Mondelez International in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to lead day-to-day branch operations and a team of about 20 delivery drivers. You will coordinate routes, scheduling, and performance while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules in a fast-paced snacks distribution setting.

You will collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to optimize service levels, handle cost controls, and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a delivery or transportation supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations (HOS, ELD, driver qualification).
• Proven experience in people management, coaching, and development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational plans including route management, dispatch scheduling, and employee performance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound, warehousing, and distribution activities to optimize shelf-life and productivity.
• Manage inventory control and ERP integration (iDoc, SAP) for accurate stock reconciliation.
• Coach and develop a team of approximately 20 delivery drivers; conduct ride-alongs.
• Monitor safety, compliance with DOT/FMCSA, HSE, and HACCP standards; drive continuous improvement.
