Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Delivery Supervisor to lead day-to-day branch operations and CS&L strategies for warehouse and delivery activities.

You will ensure safety, quality, and cost controls while collaborating with third-party logistics vendors to achieve on-time, accurate deliveries. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced supply chain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience as a Delivery Supervisor.
• Experience in logistics operations or broader supply chain.
• Comfortable doing ride-alongs frequently.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
• Experience with Hours of Service guidelines.
• Proven leadership and people-development skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and collaboration.
• Shift flexibility is required.
• Travel to Boise, ID facility for three days a month.
• Commercial Driver’s License recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plans including orders/routes and employee performance.
• Monitor inbound/outbound activities and shelf-life, optimize productivity.
• Oversee inventory management and SAP/WMS alignment.
• Coordinate interfaces, track/trace, claims, invoicing, pallets.
• Schedule delivery routes and conduct driver ride-alongs.
