Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Sysco-defensive driving program or equivalent; HazMat preferred; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of Delivery Associates; enforces SOPs and routes.
• Ensures DOT/OSHA compliance and accurate electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget; prepares work schedules.
• Coordinates asset usage and repairs for the Delivery department.
• Reviews performance and productivity reporting; suggests efficiency improvements.
• Communicates with Sales and Marketing to resolve issues and address opportunities.
• Maintains open communication with associates and conducts pre-shift meetings.
