North American Transportation Management Institute in Pennsylvania seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee delivery activities, supervise Delivery Associates, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the department.

You will manage daily labor, schedules, and budgets; drive process improvements, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to resolve customer issues while maintaining high service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; equivalent experience.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or similar preferred.
• 1-3 years related delivery/logistics supervisory experience.
• Sysco approved defensive driving program; HazMat preferred; Valid Class A CDL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily work and safety of Delivery Associates and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA) and accurate electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget; develops work schedules.
• Coordinates asset usage and required repairs with other departments.
• Reviews productivity reports and identifies efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Interprets and enforces company policies and procedures; supports disciplinary actions when needed.
