Job summary

Sysco Baltimore, LLC is seeking an Operations professional to direct delivery activities, manage expenses and revenue, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the delivery department.

The role requires hands-on leadership of supervisors and routing staff, with a focus on meeting KPI and customer service goals while optimizing costs and resources. A Class A CDL and HazMat certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License meeting company standards.
• HazMat and Doubles Certification; complete a Sysco approved defensive driving program.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily work and safety of delivery supervisors and routing personnel.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, planned routes, and safe customer service.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA and related agencies.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive cost-efficient delivery operations.
