Job summary

Sysco Arkansas is seeking an Operations leader for Delivery to guide daily activities, optimize routes, and ensure safe, compliant operations. This role oversees delivery staff, budgeting, and performance metrics, working to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include directing supervisors, ensuring SOP adherence, and coordinating safety and regulatory compliance with DOT and OSHA standards. Requires a bachelor’s degree and CDL certifications with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Valid Class A CDL required and HazMat, Doubles certifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily work and safety of Delivery supervisors and routing personnel.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, routes, and safe, efficient customer service.
• Monitor regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA) and maintain logs.
• Manage labor hours, travel, fuel and supplies within budget.
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and KPI performance reviews.
