Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead within the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG) Mid-Market to own delivery from solution shaping through go-live for Google Cloud-based customer experience projects. You will design the delivery approach, lead the execution with an engineering team, and be accountable for what ships, while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

Travel 25%–100% may be required as projects span multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• 7+ years independently owning client engagements from design through go-live.
• 5+ years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform with CX solutions.
• 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms and conversational AI design.
• 5+ years experience with distributed global teams and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team structure, technology, quality, outcomes.
• Design the delivery approach, plan the structure, cadence, sequencing, and partner with engineers.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement on offerings and CX implementation.
• Be the client's trusted delivery partner, leading reviews and managing expectations.
• Get solutions into clients' hands fast, stand up delivery and mobilize the team.
• Lead across borders, coordinating onshore and offshore delivery leadership.
