Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for the Google Cloud Customer Experience domain. You will own delivery end-to-end from solution shaping through go-live, shaping delivery plans, and leading an engineering team to transform how clients engage with their customers.

You’ll collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, drive quality, and deliver measurable client value at pace. Travel may be required across varying client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing tech roles.
• 5+ years architecting Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• 3+ years with CCaaS platforms and CX architecture.
• Strong experience delivering CX transformations at pace.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from shaping to go-live.
• Define delivery plan, team structure, and cadence.
• Provide technical advisory on Google Cloud services.
• Lead client reviews, manage expectations, and trade-offs.
• Mobilize teams to stand up delivery and enable rapid value.
