Delectus Partners is hiring its first Deployment Lead to own client delivery and build the team responsible for execution. You will oversee client engagements end-to-end—from scoping through go-live—working directly with portfolio company management and PE sponsors.

You should bring an MBB background with PE operating experience and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex PE-backed environments, delivering under pressure and avoiding playbooks.

Qualifications

• MBB background with time spent on the operating side of private equity.
• Ability to run a room with a partner and still get into the weeds when needed.
• Experience in PE-backed businesses and delivering under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Client engagements owned end-to-end - scoping, delivery, go-live
• Work directly with portfolio company management and PE sponsors
• Translating business problems into technical direction
• Reporting directly to the founders
