Delectus Partners is hiring its first Deployment Lead to own client delivery and build the team responsible for execution. You will oversee client engagements end-to-end—from scoping through go-live—working directly with portfolio company management and PE sponsors.

You should bring an MBB background with PE operating experience and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex PE-backed environments, delivering under pressure and avoiding playbooks.

Formación

• MBB background with time spent on the operating side of private equity.
• Ability to run a room with a partner and still get into the weeds when needed.
• Experience in PE-backed businesses and delivering under pressure.

A well-backed early-stage firm tracking to $5M ARR is hiring its first Deployment Lead - the person who will own how they deliver to clients and build the team that does it.

They\'re already working with some of the most recognised names in private equity. The founders have been running engagements themselves. Now they\'re ready to hand that off.
