Job summary

Endra in New York is seeking a Customer Deployment Manager to lead onboarding and rollout for major engineering customers. You will own the rollout plan, coordinate product specialists, and ensure rapid adoption across offices.

You will work with CEOs, BIM managers, IT, and engineers, turning early users into champions, tracking success, and clearing roadblocks. The role blends project management, change management, and a commercial lens.

Qualifications

• Enterprise software rollout experience (3–5 years) with client-facing roles.
• Experience driving change management in large organizations.
• Structured, organized approach with ability to manage multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout for strategic customers, leading plan and milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from CEO to BIM managers and engineers to drive adoption.
• Measure success criteria, track adoption, and report wins to leadership and Endra.
• Identify and clear roadblocks across technical, organizational, and stakeholder dimensions.
• Find new opportunities within accounts and support growth of customer relationships.
