Job summary

Endra is seeking a Customer Deployment Manager to lead onboarding and rollout for major engineering consultancies. You will own the deployment journey, drive adoption, manage milestones, and ensure customer value is realized from the first project.

You will work with product specialists who bring MEP expertise, translating field feedback into structured requirements and helping clients scale with Endra across offices and teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client-facing experience in customer success, implementation or management consulting.
• Experience with enterprise software deployments in complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Ability to drive adoption and articulate business value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout for large customers, managing milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate with product specialists and customer teams to ensure fast time-to-value.
• Measure adoption, track success metrics, and report outcomes to executives.
• Identify roadblocks and coordinate cross-functional resources to clear them.
• Uncover additional use cases and opportunities within customer accounts.
• Shape the product roadmap by feeding field insights to engineering and product teams.
• Develop and refine a repeatable deployment playbook.
