Job summary

Endra in San Francisco seeks a Customer Deployment Manager to lead onboarding and rollout efforts for major engineering clients. You will own the deployment plan, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure fast, measurable adoption from day one.

You will work with product specialists who are MEP engineers, drive adoption, report on success, clear roadblocks, and identify new opportunities to grow the customer relationship and inform future product directions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software rollouts for large organizations.
• Demonstrated change management skills and stakeholder alignment.
• Structured, organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout plans with milestones and stakeholder alignment.
• Engage CEO, BIM leads, IT, and project engineers to drive adoption.
• Measure adoption and account health; report wins to leadership.
• Identify and remove roadblocks, including technical or organizational issues.
• Uncover new opportunities and support account expansion.
• Provide field insights to product/engineering to shape the next releases.
• Build a scalable deployment playbook for the team.
