Endra is seeking a Customer Deployment Manager to own onboarding and rollout for leading engineering customers. You will be the project lead, define milestones, align stakeholders and ensure value is realized from day one.

You’ll partner with product specialists (MEP engineers) to translate field needs into actionable work, drive adoption across large organizations, and remove roadblocks. This role combines structure, commercial sense, and hands-on execution.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise software rollouts for complex environments.
• Strong client-facing experience in customer success or implementations.
• Ability to drive change management in large organizations.
• Structured and organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering results.
• Commercial focus: understand business impact and renewal drivers.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; team collaboration.
• Willingness to build and improve playbooks in deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and rollout—lead on-site and remote onboarding with product specialists for fast adoption.
• Engage all stakeholders from execs to BIM managers, IT, and engineers to keep them aligned.
• Measure success with defined criteria, track adoption and account health, and act on risks early.
• Identify and clear roadblocks—address technical, organizational, or team objections.
• Find new opportunities within accounts and support growth of customer teams.
• Provide structured field insights to product and engineering to guide next features.
• Create and refine deployment playbooks to scale the team’s work.
