Job summary

Suno in New York is seeking a Workplace Project Coordinator to help deliver a fast-moving portfolio of workplace and real estate projects. You will support the Senior Workplace Project Manager, keep dependencies visible, and ensure next steps are understood by all involved teams.

This execution-focused role requires coordinating with vendors, consultants, onsite teams, and senior stakeholders, maintaining reliable project information, and flagging risks before they affect delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace buildouts or related environments.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, consultants, and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with drawings, schedules, IT/AV, and procurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with office or interiors projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Workplace Project Manager by driving day-to-day execution, follow-through, and coordination across active projects
• Drive follow-up and execution on decisions made across active projects
• Track actions, dependencies, deadlines, risks, and outstanding information
• Coordinate meetings, recaps, communications, and accountability for next steps
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status information
• Coordinate deliveries and installations in partnership with onsite office teams
• Follow up with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for required inputs and deliverables
• Surface risks, missed dependencies, or potential schedule impacts early
• Support multiple concurrent workplace projects without losing visibility across workstreams
• Travel occasionally to support project milestones, site activities, installations, and office openings as needed
