Westrum Development is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Development team and support multifamily and senior living projects through the full lifecycle.

This hands-on role requires you to manage multiple projects, deadlines, documents, vendors, and stakeholders, while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring on-time delivery. You will partner with Project Managers and the Director of Construction to drive results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Studies or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction, real estate development, project coordination, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Revit preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Development across preconstruction, construction, design coordination, purchasing, project closeout, and post-construction warranty activities.
• Assist with project budget development, including site and vertical construction scopes and bid coordination.
• Review bid scopes, prepare summaries to support executive decision-making, and assist with contract preparation, routing, and document management.
• Coordinate Notices to Proceed (NTPs), project startup documentation, and vendor onboarding.
• Review project information to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation and track outstanding decisions and deliverables.
• Prepare status reports, critical path schedules, executive summaries, dashboards, and other project reporting.
• Participate in Owner Meetings, document action items, and follow up with general contractors, consultants, design professionals, and vendors to ensure commitments are completed.
• Coordinate owner-directed vendors and ensure proper integration into the GC's schedule.
• Maintain organized project files and Procore records (drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes).
• Track contractor pay applications, change orders, RFIs, and supporting documentation for completeness and contract compliance.
• Maintain logs for decisions, outstanding items, approvals, and deliverables.
