Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project management or related field within fashion, luxury, or retail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront).

Responsibilities

• Brand collateral and packaging: manage end-to-end process for packaging and marketing collateral.
• Tapestry/Foundation requests: oversee end-to-end management and timelines.
• Sample organization for lead PMs: manage sample logistics and tracking system.
• Invoice processing: process invoices and maintain budget records.
• Clear and timely communication: maintain project documentation and updates for stakeholders.
