Unified Door & Hardware Group in New Jersey seeks a Project Coordinator to support project operations by coordinating logistics, materials, and communications across teams, vendors, and customers. This role helps keep projects on schedule and stakeholders informed.

If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, you will contribute to project success, learn procurement processes, and coordinate shipments and submittals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior administrative or logistics experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating procurement, vendors, and shipments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer submittals, change orders, samples, and schedules.
• Create purchase orders and follow material release procedures.
• Coordinate packing slips and shipments to job sites.
• Support project managers and engineers as needed.
