Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a customer-focused Account Service Representative for the Consumer Loan Collections Department in Honolulu. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem solving, and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with curing delinquent loans by contacting customers by phone or written correspondence.
• Identify accounts and/or relationships that pose credit risk and make recommendations to reduce exposure.
• Provide excellent service to delinquent customers and work with Relationship Officers to service delinquent loans.
