Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to join our Commercial Loan Center team in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will settle Participation loans with Agent/Participated institutions and enter and maintain loan data in the AFS system.

This role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to balance ledgers for commercial loans. Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM with potential scheduling variations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' accounting experience required.
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
• Experience in loan servicing preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial loan terms and documents.
• Working knowledge of the AFS and ALS loan servicing systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Settlement of Participation loans with Agent/Participated institutions.
• Entering and maintaining commercial loan data into the AFS system.
• Maintain and balance the Bank's General Ledgers for commercial loans.
