Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking a Loss Mitigation Specialist to manage a portfolio of non‑performing assets. You will serve as the single point of contact for accounts, negotiate loss mitigation options, and coordinate with attorneys, realtors, and borrowers to minimize foreclosures.

The role is in‑office with scheduled shifts and training periods. You will analyze financials, propose workout solutions, and ensure compliance with investor and internal guidelines to protect stakeholders while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or loss mitigation advantageous.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent loan portfolios (30+ and 90+ days).
• Act as SPOC for assigned accounts and negotiate loss mitigations.
• Conduct inbound/outbound calls with customers and related parties.
• Analyze finances to determine loss mitigation options.
• Recommend loan modifications, forbearance, or other workout plans.
• Perform light skip-tracing and review title searches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and investor guidelines.
