Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking a Loss Mitigation Specialist to serve as the SPOC for a portfolio of non-performing assets, negotiating and implementing loss mitigation strategies to minimize foreclosure losses. The role handles special cases including liquidation outcomes, bankruptcy customers, and high-value clients.

The position is in-office with a 11a-8p Mon–Thu, 8a-5p Fri, plus two Saturdays per month; training is 8a-5p CST. Not a work-from-home opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the SPOC for the assigned loss mitigation portfolio.
• Contacts, negotiates, and completes loss mitigation options for delinquent loans.
• Assists with liquidation outcomes, bankruptcy customers, and high‑value clients.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls educating borrowers on loss mitigation options.
• Analyzes financial situations to recommend and initiate appropriate loss mitigation tools.
• Performs light skip-tracing and reviews title searches for lien issues.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and daily reporting.
