Tucoemas Federal Credit Union is seeking a Collections Specialist to engage with members and coordinate efforts to collect past-due loan and VISA accounts. The role requires effective communication and a focus on resolving delinquent balances with compliance to policy.

The candidate will make payment arrangements, document activities, and support the Resolutions supervisor while meeting monthly goals and providing quality member service.

Competenze

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze data and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of federal and state debt collection laws.

Mansioni

• Under limited supervision, communicate with members to collect past-due loan and VISA accounts.
• Make arrangements to bring delinquent accounts current by phone, mail, and in person.
• Assist the Resolutions supervisor in coordinating collection efforts for loan and visa portfolios.
