Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of call center experience.
• Punctuality and willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Make collection contacts to delinquent accounts.
• Communicate with members by phone, email, text or live chat to determine delinquency causes and arrange actions.
• Process payments and update member records with accuracy.
• Perform skip-tracing and initiate actions for difficult accounts.
• Refer members to financial counseling resources when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and teamwork while meeting department goals.
