Numerica Credit Union is seeking a Collector I to pursue early-stage delinquent accounts in the Spokane region, and in Tri-Cities or Wenatchee. You will locate, contact, and work with members to resolve delinquencies while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, about one year of related experience, and a sense of urgency. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; NMLS registration preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1 year related experience.
• Preferred: bilingual Spanish.
• NMLS registration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contact delinquent borrowers by phone, email or mail to encourage repayment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of collections efforts.
• Manage a high volume of accounts across multiple systems.
• Educate members on payment options and consequences of late payments.
• Adhere to collection laws, policies, and BSA compliance.
