Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Two years of collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve delinquency and minimize loan losses by locating and initiating contact with members with delinquent loans.
• Aggressively pursue residence, employment and other information for non-responsive members.
• Serve as initial contact for members in financial difficulty and refer to MAP.
• Provide accurate documentation on member accounts to reduce ambiguity.
• Maintain knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Prepare and submit recommendations for repossession, charge-off or legal action when needed.
• Check emails/voicemails and respond by end of business day.
