• Strong relationship-building with associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delinquency results on 1–60 Day Special Label Portfolios.
• Contact lessees via phone, mail, email, text or in person to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Arrange resolutions when only partial payment is possible.
• Meet or exceed delinquency goals for assigned portfolios.
• Prepare demand letters and documentation for collection actions.
