Job summary

Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc., a subsidiary of Columbia Bank, is seeking a Collections Agent to manage 1-30 day delinquent accounts at our Federal Way, WA location. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and mail to resolve accounts and protect the company’s interests, utilizing internal resources to determine the best resolution.

This onsite role offers a pay range of $18.00-$22.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous collections experience preferred.
• Must be proactive and adhere to policies.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality required.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers via phone, mail, email, text to resolve accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain monthly delinquency goals for individuals and groups.
• Prepare status worksheets, payoffs and amortization schedules.
• Assist with insurance coordination and documentation.
• Provide high level of customer service to lessees, vendors, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
