Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc., a subsidiary of Columbia Bank, is seeking a Collections Agent to manage 1-30 day delinquent accounts at our Federal Way, WA location. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and mail to resolve accounts and protect the company’s interests, utilizing internal resources to determine the best resolution.
This onsite role offers a pay range of $18.00-$22.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentives.
Established in 1975, Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc. (a subsidiary of Columbia Bank), is a direct provider of small-ticket commercial equipment leases. FinPac originates business through partnering with vendors, third party originators and lessors nationwide. For over 50 years, these partners have relied on Financial Pacific to provide them with innovative financing solutions for their customers.
Collections Agents are first-party collectors responsible for maintaining acceptable effective collection percentages on 1-30 day delinquent accounts. Effectively communicating with both internal and external customers to resolve delinquent contracts.Utilizing all internal and external resources available to establish contact, identify appropriate courses of resolution to protect the Company’s interest and to execute the resolution plan in a timely manner.
The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $22.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
