• Support branch onboarding and transition processes in company systems.
• Serve as first point of contact for basic C3/Portal setup requests.
• Communicate with internal/external partners to resolve issues.
• Assist with testing, system updates, and process improvements.
• Generate reports and maintain project documentation.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
