Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union in Pennsylvania seeks a Consumer Collector to reduce delinquency in unsecured loans while staying compliant with laws. You will conduct outreach to members and support various collection activities.

This role supports loan maintenance, settlements, and training of new staff; schedule is Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:00pm with every third Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School (Required) Any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to members with delinquent unsecured loans.
• Handle incoming member contacts and make outbound calls.
• Process charge-off loan processing and settlement maintenance.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and laws.
