Responsibilities

• Upholds the credit union’s mission by helping members with payment arrangements for delinquent accounts.
• Prepares and administers necessary legal work to ensure payment, including filings, repossession, and bankruptcy management.
• Discusses debts and financial concerns with members and offers payment options or modifications.
• Administers the Overdraft Privilege Program and handles CPI insurance questions.
• May train new employees and cross-train in related duties as needed.
