Job summary

Roofstock, Inc. is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist in Dallas, TX to manage delinquency rates and eviction processes across our portfolio. You will coordinate with residents and legal teams to ensure timely payments and compliant procedures.

You will analyze delinquency trends, prepare reports, and collaborate with property management to mitigate risks while maintaining strong resident relations. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in real estate, property management, or related field.
• Experience handling delinquency, eviction, or tenant relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with leasing, property management, and real estate investing principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delinquency rates and implement strategies to minimize late payments.
• Initiate eviction processes per local laws and lease agreements.
• Communicate with residents on delinquency, payment plans, and notices.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliant procedures.
• Maintain records of cases, payments, and proceedings.
• Prepare reports on delinquency metrics for management.
