Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Central Delinquency Agent to own the delinquency workflow for a ~3,000-unit portfolio. You will drive outreach, set up payment plans, and coordinate with collections or eviction counsel as needed.

You will use Yardi aging reports and EliseAI to standardize communications, while maintaining professional, de-escalating interactions with residents facing financial challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Yardi collections workflows and EliseAI is strongly preferred.
• Strong phone, written communication, and negotiation skills with calm, de-escalating tone.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquent accounts daily across communities using Yardi aging reports.
• Contact delinquent residents by phone, email, and text within timelines.
• Document every contact and payment commitment in Yardi.
• Escalate as needed; coordinate with management and attorneys when required.
• Maintain delinquency logs and contribute to reporting and analytics.
