Job summary

Omninet Property Management is seeking a Central Delinquency Agent to own delinquency workflow for a portfolio of approximately 3,000 units, from first missed payment to final resolution. Use Yardi aging reports and EliseAI reminders to drive timely outreach, arrange payment plans, and hand off to collections or eviction counsel when needed.

This high-volume, detail-driven role requires firm follow-through on delinquency standards and professional, de-escalating communication with residents

Qualifications

• Experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Customer-facing roles in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts with urgency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and FDCPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquent accounts daily using Yardi aging reports and prioritize outreach.
• Contact delinquent residents by phone, email, and text with required timelines.
• Document every contact, response, and payment commitment in Yardi.
• Maintain consistency and urgency across all accounts regardless of property or balance.
