Job summary

Foundation Finance Company in New Jersey is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to manage past-due accounts and resolve delinquencies in alignment with policy. You will handle complex inquiries, perform outbound calls, and process payments while offering hardship options and documenting all actions.

The role requires strong communication and computer skills, with attention to detail in a collaborative office setting. Shift schedule includes two evenings and one Saturday every five weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to pursue resolution.
• Handle more complex account questions from the service team.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Identify delinquent accounts and determine best resolution actions.
• Process over-the-phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers experiencing hardships per policy.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and other account questions.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks and document notes per processes.
• Adapt to change productively and maintain accurate records.
• Work two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.
