Job summary

Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers for resolution. The role handles more complex inquiries and performs outbound calls to reduce delinquency.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service or collections, and strong communication skills. Shift coverage includes two evening shifts and occasional Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferab ly in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to attempt resolution according to company policy.
• Handle more complex account questions directed from the customer service team and other representatives.
• Perform outbound calls on past due customer accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Recognize and research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action and attempt resolutions.
• Process over the phone payments, including credit card transactions, to achieve one-call resolutions.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship per company policies.
• Relay information to customers relating to interest, statements, and other account questions.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes in required areas per company processes.
• React to change productively.
• Shift schedule: Two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.
