Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sends text messages, mails form letters and/or late charge notices to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Confers with customers by text or telephone to determine reason for overdue payment and review terms.
• Documents all correspondence and attempted correspondence with customers.
• Receives payments and posts to customer accounts.
• Maintains and balances assigned cash drawer per policy.
• Travels to customers' homes to collect late payments; assists with repossessions with approval.
• Prepares paperwork prior to legal action for severely late-paying customers.
• Logs details of work activities daily, weekly, and monthly.
