Formación

• Must be 18+ with supervisory experience in deli or food service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication with teamwork.
• Proven leadership to motivate and manage staff and meet goals.
• Maintain Food Safety certifications and comply with health/safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Deli Manager in directing department operations and merchandising.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and deli team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, planning, and communication.
• Lead in delivering high-quality product and customer service.
• Support hiring, training, and development of the Deli team.
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced store environment and supports store goals.
