Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to lead a busy deli team, ensure product quality, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly store. You will assist in ordering, inventory, scheduling, training, and safety compliance while coaching staff to meet company standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with preferred 2 years supervisory experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven leadership ability to build, motivate and manage staff.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Food Safety certification and compliance with food regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli staff.
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment; ensure health and sanitation guidelines.
