Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to help customers make healthy choices while leading one of the busiest deli teams. You’ll assist in daily operations, merchandising, and ensuring top-tier customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication, and a passion for food safety and team development. This role supports a dynamic, health-conscious retail setting with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in deli/food service.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Food Safety certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Deli Manager in daily operations and merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and deli staff supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales with planning and teamwork.
• Lead efforts to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Support hiring, training, and development of the Deli team.
